1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This privacy policy (hereinafter – the Policy) regulates the main principles and procedures for the collection, processing, and storage of personal data by the AHUNDRE online store at ahundre.lt (hereinafter – the Online Store). Before using the Online Store, you must carefully read and familiarize yourself with this Policy. By using the services provided in the Online Store, you confirm that you agree to comply with this Policy.

1.2. The Online Store is administered by Paulius Kniuksta.

1.3. For any privacy or personal data protection inquiries, you can contact the Data Controller via email.

1.4. A User, for the purposes of this Policy, is any natural person using the services of the Online Store.

1.5. The User must not use the services of the Online Store if they have not read or do not agree with the Policy. In cases where the User disagrees with the Policy or any part of it, they must not use the services of the Online Store. Otherwise, it is considered that the User has read and unconditionally agreed to the Policy.

1.6. The Provider assumes no risk or liability and is unconditionally released from it if the User has not read the Policy in full or in part, even though they were given the opportunity to do so.

1.7. The Provider reserves the right to restrict the User’s access to the Online Store services without notice if the User violates this Policy or attempts to compromise the stability or security of the Online Store.

3.2.1. The Data Controller must provide the requested data to the data subject no later than within one month.

3.2.2. Upon receiving a request from the data subject to delete all their data, the Data Controller commits to do so within one month unless otherwise required by applicable laws.

4. FINAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The relationships arising under this Policy are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.2. The Data Controller is not liable for any damages, including those caused by disruptions in the use of the Online Store, data loss, or damage arising from the actions or inactions of the User or third parties acting with the User's knowledge, including incorrect data entry, other errors, intentional harm, or other improper use of the Online Store. The Online Store provider is also not responsible for login and/or usage disruptions or resulting damages caused by third parties unrelated to the User, including power or internet outages, etc.

4.3. If the User continues to use the Online Store and its services after the Policy has been amended or supplemented, it is considered that the User agrees with those changes and/or additions.

4.4. The Data Controller reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy. You will be informed about such changes on the Online Store and asked to agree to the updated Privacy Policy once again.
